AI Guidelines Agreement

1. AI Services Overview

Milo provides AI-powered image analysis services, including but not limited to photo style analysis, photography suggestions, portrait insights, and first impression evaluations (collectively, the “AI Services”).

These AI Services are generated through automated systems designed to analyze visual patterns and provide general guidance, creative inspiration, and enhanced user experience.

AI outputs are generated dynamically based on user-provided content and system models, and may vary depending on inputs, context, and system limitations.

2. Nature of AI Output and Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational, creative, and entertainment purposes only.

They:

•  Do not constitute professional advice, factual statements, or objective evaluations

•  May be incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent

•  May reflect limitations, biases, or assumptions inherent in automated systems

Users should not rely on AI-generated content as a sole basis for making decisions.

All use of AI outputs is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

3. Human Image Analysis and Subjectivity

AI analysis involving human appearance (including but not limited to first impressions, perceived attractiveness, style, or camera presence) is inherently subjective.

Such analysis:

•  Is based solely on visual features and algorithmic interpretation

•  Does not represent objective facts or verified information

•  Does not constitute judgments about an individual’s real-world identity, character, or value

Results may vary significantly across different inputs and contexts, and should be understood as interpretive and non-definitive in nature.

4.User Content and AI Processing Authorization

By uploading, submitting, or sharing content through the Service, you grant Milo a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable authorization to process such content for the purpose of providing AI Services.

This includes:

•  Analyzing images to generate AI-based insights and suggestions

•  Processing inputs necessary to deliver requested features

•  Improving system performance and service quality

Such processing is carried out solely to enable the functionality of the Service.

We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Facial Data and Privacy Protection

Milo does not perform facial recognition or identity verification.

Any analysis of images containing human faces is based solely on visual features and pattern recognition, and is not used to identify or verify real-world individuals.

We do not:

•  Link image data to real-world identities

•  Use facial data for biometric identification or authentication

•  Perform background checks or identity matching

All image analysis is conducted in a manner intended to respect user privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Usage and Storage

User content may be processed and stored for the following purposes:

•  Providing AI Services and generating analysis results

•  Enabling optional community sharing and user interaction

•  Improving product performance, reliability, and user experience

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes.

Users may delete their content at any time through the Service.

Upon deletion:

•  Data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe

•  Certain data may be retained where required for legal, security, or compliance purposes

We implement appropriate safeguards to protect stored data and limit access to authorized systems and personnel only.

7. Third-Party AI Services

To provide AI functionality, Milo may rely on third-party service providers.

These providers may process user content on our behalf solely for the purpose of delivering AI Services.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that such providers:

•  Process data only in accordance with our instructions

•  Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws

•  Implement appropriate security and confidentiality measures

However, third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent practices of such third parties beyond our control.

8. Community Interaction and User Content

Milo may allow users to share images and AI-generated results within the Service.

If you choose to share content publicly:

•  Your content may be viewed, rated, commented on, or interacted with by other users

•  Feedback from other users reflects their individual opinions and does not represent Milo’s views

You are solely responsible for any content you choose to publish and the consequences of sharing such content.

We encourage users to exercise discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.

9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the AI Services in a manner that:

•  Violates any applicable laws or regulations

•  Generates, promotes, or distributes harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content

•  Harasses, targets, or harms other individuals

•  Infringes the privacy, image rights, or intellectual property of others

•  Misleads, deceives, or manipulates others

•  Uses AI outputs to make decisions that may significantly impact individuals (such as discriminatory profiling or harmful judgments)

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to AI Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such use violates these Terms or poses risks to users or the platform.
